Hello guys,
It's been a while. I am VERY busy with purple week. I am very excited to see how it turns out this year. It will be glorious.
On a more somber note, I would like to give honor to a wonderful supporter that has passed away recently. Myrtice "the Purple Lady" McCurdy passed on at 100 years old. She was a brilliant teacher as she touched the lives and hearts of all her students and she wore only purple clothing. All the time.

I can only hope that there are more people in the world just like her.

Hey Kids

How's it going guys? Everybody doing well?
I know I'm doing pretty well. I pretty stressed though. What, with Purple Week in less than two months. I'm working on some hardcore planning to help my cohorts with the business aspect of the week. Purple Week ain't cheap. Especially in this economy. I hope you all took the time to watch President Obama's first speech to Congress last night. It was compelling. Hopefully when his job is done, Purple Week won't be quite as difficult an investment. But don't you worry, the people of Purple Week and I have got it under control. :) All is well.

Alright Guys

Purple Week is less than two months away at this point.  We are in the crucial moments of the countdown.  Though I may have faced some minor setbacks in the ealier portions of the month, I am now back on top of things and I am ready to do some work. I hope you guys are too!

I hope you all are getting ready for purple week. It's so exciting that somebody cares enough about me to dedicate a whole week to me.  

I'm one step closer to global domination.

So, I've recently decided to update every tuesday, just to keep myself commited to the blog.  But I was watching a movie today and I noticed something that just disgusted me.

So I normally like Speed Racer, the television cartoon, but I was watching the recent Wachowski Brothers film adaptation of the movie and I was just disgusted by their representation of the color purple.  Almost everything associated with Royalton Industries was purple.  And that company represented everything EVIL. 

What is wrong with these people?!?!?

I mean, I love Speed Racer, I just love things that go fast. But this part of the movie, just scared me.  I would certainly hope that the Wachowski Brothers arent trying to say something.  They most definetly do not want to get on my bad side.

I hope your 2k9 is going well. Mine sure is. Just thought I would drop in and say hello. I hope you all watched the Inaugural Ceremonies, regardless of your political standings.  President Obama gave a spectacular speech, and the ceremony was historic.

Hey guys. Purple here.

It's been a little while, and I apologize.  The holiday season is a busy one for me.  I mean, I celebrate ALL of the holidays, and with all of my friends and family around, its hard to break away from the chaos and find some to update my blog.  I hope you all had a great Christmas, and Hannukah, and Kwanza, and New Years. And Three Kings Day.  I've had a great holiday season, its great to get away from the real world every now and again, and just chill with the other colors.  

Well, anyways. It's the new year, and we have to start campaigning for Purple Week.  It is April 5-11 this year, so there's plenty of time to get some purple apparel, and get yourself ready.  I now I am.  Tell are your friends!!!
